Following the placement of your order, a verification process will be carried out to confirm sufficient funds are available. If the authorization is successful, your card will be charged as a deposit for the items you have chosen. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent, finalizing your purchase.

Since each product we provide is made to order based on your specifications, production will commence only after your payment is confirmed.

You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to finalize your transaction with your credit card or PayPal account. All transactions are securely processed through PayPal, and the payment will appear on your statement under PayPal.

Any approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment—whether through PayPal or your credit/debit card.
