Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Nicekolor, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to keep the return and refund process clear and fair. This policy applies to customers within the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
B. Missing Return Label
Our packages do not include return labels. If you need to return or exchange an item, simply contact us at support@nicekolor.com and our team will guide you through the process.
C. Return Process
To start a return, please email us at support@nicekolor.com with the following details:
Order number and full name
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or screenshot)
Reason for return
If the product is defective or damaged, please attach clear photos or a video for faster processing. Once your return is received and confirmed (usually within 24 hours of arrival), we’ll send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days, though it may take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong Size Items
We support exchanges for defective products, incorrect shipments, or wrong sizes compared to your order. Please contact us at support@nicekolor.com if you experience any of these issues.
E. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective, incorrect, or wrong-size products. Customers will not be charged return shipping costs for these cases.
F. Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take extra time for the refund to appear in your account.
G. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellations may not be possible depending on the processing status of our production team.
⚠️ Important: Please double-check that your delivery address is complete and accurate (including house number and street name). Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
